JR. IT Business Analyst
The position is an outstanding opportunity to work in a small, focused team environment with unlimited challenges providing product support for our customer. You will be working directly with the management as well as a team of analysts supporting various projects and interacting with clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience with a degree or comparative work experience. Knowledge in Business Process Management, SCRUM and agile SDLC methods are preferable but not required. They will also have superior written, verbal, and presentation and communication skills, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), a proven record of top performance and exceeding goals, a proven record of internal and external relationship management, and a team-based mindset and approach.
- Learn and work within the Agile SCRUM software development methodology including writing and maintaining business requirements and participating in all SCRUM meetings
- Assist and develop requirements from the customers
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence to create and track tickets, requirements, and related documentation
- Document all processes as required in the software development life cycle: testing documentation, user guides, requirements documentation, etc.
Requirement: Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and have resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years (consecutively)
